Merchandise may be returned within two weeks from the purchase date for store credit.
All returns are subject to approval after inspection and may be subject to a refurbishing fee.
Shipping Fees are not refundable.
All merchandise is shipped insured for the purchase price and requires a signature for delivery unless other
arrangements are made with us. We need to make sure you've gotten it!
No merchandise will be shipped without payment, or if a balance remains on account.
Orders received by 3pm Eastern time may be shipped the same day, or within one business day.
All orders placed through the Customer Care line will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer.
